Terrarium
A terrarium is usually a closed glass container with a lid that can be opened for maintenance and access to the plants inside. However, it can also be open rather than sealed. The transparent glass allows heat and light to enter, creating greenhouse-like conditions. The sealed container, combined with the heat entering the terrarium, enables the formation of evaporation and a water cycle inside the terrarium—water vapor accumulates on the walls of the container and eventually falls back onto the plants and soil. This effect contributes to creating an ideal environment for plant growth due to the constant supply of moisture, thereby preventing the plants from drying out. As a result, no regular watering is required, only the addition of water once every few months.
